Where are you located?

Funny enough, I get asked this question a lot despite the location being in my main header and is visible on all pages of my website. I'm located in San Antonio, TX. Specifically on Far West Side near Helotes.

​Do you deliver, and what are your rates?

I deliver in San Antonio and the surrounding area within Bexar County. I deliver from my house near Helotes.

Do you cater to those with dietary restrictions?

I do! I have gluten-free, sugar-free, and egg-free options.  I do not offer dairy-free or vegan options at this time.  My sugar free options are natural sweeteners only: Monk Fruit, Allulose, and Stevia. I do not use artificial sweeteners in my baking.

Do you operate in a nut-free/allergen-free environment?

I do not. I am more than happy to make recipes that are nut-free or allergen-free, however, my kitchen is not nut-free or allergen-free. Since I cannot guarantee a fully allergen-free environment, I recommend exercising caution and skipping out on Hammy's Homemade for your own health and safety.

Do you offer shipping?

As of right now I do not. But I do have plans in the future to offer shipping across Texas and nationwide! I just need to insure quality control.

How do sugar cookie pre-orders work?

Once a month, I will release sugar cookie designs of popular characters. These cookies can be purchased individually or in a bundle set.  Pick-up locations and times usually occur at a free anime/comic convention. Pre-orders are done because I usually sell out of sugar cookies within the first few hours of any convention. Pre-orders guarantee customers getting cookies of the exact characters they want.   I recommend signing up for my newsletter so you never miss a pre-order!​

What is your policy on AI imagery for inspiration photos or edible images?

I do not allow my work to be associated with generative AI imagery. Inspiration photos that are AI generated will be turned down, for I refuse to reference a cake that isn't real. Please only submit REAL photos. If there are no photos, I am an artist and I'd be more than happy to sketch up your idea for you. For edible images or toppers, the same reasoning applies. AI doesn't align with my personal morals and I refuse to have it involved with my artistry.
