I am a professionally and commercially trained baker and cake decorator who decided to take a chance and open up my own Cottage Food Law home bakery!

I've been an artist my whole life and always needed a creative outlet to be fulfilled. I stumbled across cake decorating when I was searching for jobs and just needed something, anything! I got hired at a small bundt cake chain and worked as a froster in the back of house until I got a cake decorator job at the biggest grocery store in all of San Antonio.

That's where I learned how to work in a fast paced environment under pressure.

I was able to hone in my skills and flourish when I became a cake decorator at professional wedding and cakery shop in Stone Oak, and I thank them for giving me the tools to become a true artist and make cake decorating my career.

I pride myself on only making scratch-made cakes, no box mix here! This allows me to make fully custom flavors and to cater to those with gluten sensitivities and those who wish for sugar free options among other dietary restrictions.
